Amazon send customers a message that package is running late but its already received by customer.
I have a couple items I sell that are so light I send them with a postage stamp. I select USPS standard envelopes when shipping the order. But every time I do this the customer gets an email saying their package is running late and prompts them if they want a refund. Often times when they get this the item has already been received! Is there a way to stop this? Even if they get an email that says there isn't any tracking, I get that, but there's no evidence it's late. It's frustrating and I've been getting emails from confused customers. Is there an option for sending small envelopes through amazon thats cheap? Or a different drop down I can use with stamps?

You are not going to change Amazon.
If you ship without tracking, you run this risk.
If you ship without tracking, and there is any communication about not-received, you need to refund immediately without quibble as you have no defense.
No, there is no better way to do it. Either use tracking, or put up with what you describe.

@Seller_wID39J9eGevd6 Thank you for letting us know about your experience shipping tracking-exempt shipments.
Can you please give me more details about the above? Do you have these messages, or are they passed on to you by the buyers?
