my orders never Picked up !
hi did any one face issues with order Pick up ! , i lost two orders due to easy ship - courier never show up - contact ed me to pick up the order - after i raised so many complains it ends up with NOTHING ! i m not sure what amazon support team doing
amzon charged me every order - and im claiming two cases for now due to this UNRESOLVED issue

U should have used third party service as amazon courier is unrelaible and non existant support

My suggestion is the following:
1. Get the mobile number of your delivery pick up guy next time he comes around.
2. Set your own cut off time - so if your orders are not picked up by 7pm - call your easy ship driver. Make sure he is coming to pick up.
3. If he doesn't answer you, or tells you he is not coming, then log a case with seller support (this is your back up so your account health is not affected). But more important, go to the Amazon warehouse and drop off your orders yourself - especially if they are high value or many orders and you don't want to risk cancellation.
Sadly - we always need to have a Plan B and a Plan C with Easy Ship, because they remain the most unreliable courier service in all of UAE. I think they don't understand that as sellers we are actually paying them for the service!

We were trying to schedule slot but slot was not available, order canceled and amazon charged us Order Cancellation fee.

1) When shipping through Amazon, you can select your own courier service. After selecting the courier, you need to take the product yourself to the courier’s office, warehouse, or head office. The courier will charge you a shipping fee and give you a tracking ID, which you can use to track your shipment.
2) The second option is to go to the Shipping section in Seller Central and choose "Amazon Pickup." In this case, Amazon will pick up the item directly from your location.
