US Store Status = inactive (Account Activation Issue)

Hi @Connor_Amazon,

My US store status is showing up as "Inactive" however Mexico and Canada are "active". I've attached a screenshot.

I also confirmed multiple times that vacation mode are "off" for all three stores.

I've filed the following cases:

15469689671 - closed as they can't help me?

15467572521 - answered and said I am able to start selling but US store status is still "Inactive"

15477905061 - remains open and pending answer

Please have a look at my case and let me know if you need any additional information. Thank you!

click upper right the gear icon then account information and it should tell you why your inactive and how to reactivate it.

To all future readers that have this exact issue and didn't know what to do or ask for. Create a ticket and state that you need Amazon support to send you another verify link.

If someone would have told me this, it would have saved me plenty of time.
