Our products are less than 500 gms weight, but we are being charged for more than 500 gms weight

We have contact Amazon multiple times but the seller support does not provide a solution, either the don't understand the issue or they just don't want to help, and it is ok for them if a seller is charged extra unnecessarily.

BELOW THREE PRODUCT VARIATION BASED ON COLOR. But still for amazon the dimensions are different.

• Height 5.00 cm, Width 19.60 cm, Length 23.60 cm, Weight 0.23 kg, Volumetric weight is : 0.4625 kg + 0.1 kg as the Packaging weight. Total weight : 0.5625 kg.
• Height 4.90 cm, Breadth 16.30 cm, Length 22.50 cm, Weight 0.20 kg, Volumetric weight is : 0.3594kg + 0.1 kg as the Packaging weight. Total weight : 0.459 kg.
• Length : 22.90 CM Width : 16.60 CM Height 5.90 CM, Weight 0.24 kilograms, Volumetric weight is : 0.448 kg + 0.1 kg as the Packaging weight. Total weight : 0.548

The above product dimensions are entered wrong by Amazon, plus on top of it packing is 100 gms, packing material weight can not be 100 gms, its just a paper bag that Amazon uses.

It is just a practice by amazon to charge the seller extra for no reason.

How can we get it fixed, any idea?
