How to Opt Out From Amazon Gold Service for MFN self ship

Hi guys
I do not want to take amazon gold service. I want to opt out. I create case regarding this issue. But amazon denied to opting out from this service. Because amazon is auto authorizing those return also which are not based on genuine reason. Kindly guide me.

I am a small seller and doing the business from home. But in now a days I suffer a huge problem due to MFN Gold. As I requested Amazon Seller Central for removing the MFN Gold from my account but they not remove it.
Amazon must have think about this issue that opt in or opt out of MFN Gold program is must as per the seller views. In present situation there is no way to do business hassle free and profitable for small and genuine seller.
As without MFN Gold buyer also has a option to return back the item but in present situation buyer take the wrong advantage of such policies.
As Amazon about the Buyer but it also has to think about the genuine and small seller.

Amazon must have to think about such issue at least for small seller.

MFN Gold program is one of the worst program i have ever seen from Amazon.

If i am not opted for Easy Ship and COD orders means i never wanted to have those kind of customer as well Amazon services to pick my orders to unnecessary deduction of my amount, i choose self ship and i was happy.

Now here come MFN gold program, by default to all sellers and it is free initially, how due to this auto return authorization is increased, my metrics are screwed up and most of the time we don’t receive products. When we raise a case for amazon to work, they suggest to raise Safe-T claims and Safe-T claim team simply reject that it with reason

"because the issue you reported is not covered by the SAFE-T policy. "

This is just ridiculous.

First without Asking, we are enrolled compulsorily to MFN++ and can’t opt out, product is not coming back and refund has been getting initiated to customer and product is also gone.

Making us in 200% loss. Later i know that for return shipments amazon is going to charge making it no different than flipkart where sellers already started to go away.

now it seems amazon turn that we need to go away.

That is where the problem is - Read below event to one of our product, i have 9 return auto authorized -

  1. Customer raises return request " Order Delivered Late" and it was auto authorized however product reached to customer way before the last date.
  2. Received a mail for auto authorization from amazon with reason “Order Not Received”
  3. Raised a case for same and SSE told me to raise a Safe-T claim and no tracking was there because it was told to me return was auto authorized before MFN plus program hence customer is supposed to send it back however he was not able to explain me that “why return was auto authorized when MFN gold was not active”
  4. Raised a SAFE-T Claim - rejected by SAFE-T Team with reason “Amount not charged to my account”
  5. after couple of days - received a mail from amazon - that refund initiated by amazon to customer and i am charged
  6. Talk to SSE and he asked me to send a mail to safe-t team for review. sent a mail and it was denied again with reason " issue you reported is not covered by the SAFE-T policy" - denied twice
    7.No tracking number till now, loss of product and money both

This is a fraud both by amazon and customer. Amazon kept the product returned money to customer.

Worst policy . Amazon is behaving like other platforms by applying forcefully this service. They said that it is good for seller. If seller do not like this policy why amazon is applying forcefully. They are now being totally customer oriented. They does not care about seller. If seller does not exist they how they will earn. I will de-list all of my listings. Getting harassed. Some times customer uses our product and after use they send back to us. Some they after receiving order they raising return by saying that product is available at cheaper price on flipkart. They are wasting our time and money also.

This policy killed my small scale business and took my happiness away. I am married and was somehow managing to make 10k to 12k per month for my hand to mouth. After MFN I already incurred loss for 6 of my expensive covers (Samsung original covers ranging between 2-4k).

Buyers are returning the products on or before return time limit and sending old used products. Some of my products are still with ATS for around 10 days. The are keeping return with them for no reason.

Not able to file Safe-T claim before 30 days. Frequent refund initiate mails driving me crazy. I have to deactivate my account with no other option left.

Amazon is forcing us to use FBA or Easy Ship to earn profits from COD reject orders. I started hating this country now.
