Customs Compliance Information
I unfortunately checked "Automate customs by filling online" and have these information asked on Compliance while shipping using AGL. Please help.
1. "Measurement per sellable unit" - What does this mean?
2. ISF seller: This says FBA seller or shipper. should this ISF seller be the China Supplier or is it me who is the importer/FBA seller?
3."Toxic Substances Control Act" how will I know if the toy are applicable or not?
4. dont I need to submit CPC certificate foe customs? or is it Amazon only requirement?

Hello @Seller_E2qO7UORxD8Gu- thanks for bringing these questions to the forums! It may be in your best interest to create a new booking without selecting the 'automate customs by filling online option', and canceling in progress shipments if necessary. This page has instructions on how to cancel a shipment to a distribution center, along with lots of other helpful information around the program.
I'll look to address your questions to the extent I can, but would also recommend connecting with any legal experts or custom agents as appropriate.
If the measurement is kg, the answer is how many kg per unit
If the measurement is # of units, the measurement is 1, f each unit is 1 piece
The ISF is generally the Exporter of record. You can read some more on this topic here.
This page confirms that "Importers of chemical substances, mixtures or articles that contain a chemical substance or mixture must comply with the TSCA in order to enter the US." You may need to look into testing to determine if your products contain any toxic substances.
Our resource specific to this documentation has additional information on third party testing and advises: "A Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) from the domestic manufacturer or importer for the ASIN(s) that you are applying to list" may be requested by Amazon. I would recommend connecting with a customs agent for any country specific requirements, but it sounds like it would be helpful to have this on-hand, in case it is needed.
Thanks again for looking to the forums for some assistance, and I hope this helps!
Best,
Danny
