loss of the Buy Box on Amazon FBA
Hey fellow Amazon sellers,
I'm reaching out for some advice. I've been selling on Amazon for a while now, but recently I lost the Buy Box on one of my products (Amazon FBA). It's been a few weeks and I'm still trying to figure out how to get it back. To make matters worse, I also lost the Prime logo next to the product price.
I think the price drop I offered 15% off might have contributed to this loss. I was trying to boost sales, but it seems like it backfired. I've already opened a case with Amazon, but all I got was a generic response saying that if I'm selected, they might consider giving it back. But they didn't guarantee anything.
Has anyone else experienced this? How did you manage to get your Buy Box back? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
