Amazon’s denial of our SAFE-T claim, citing an "exceeded limit," is completely unjustified. As an Easy Ship seller, the responsibility for shipment handling—including returns—lies with Amazon, and we are paying for this service.

The majority of our return issues stem from fraudulent activities, where ATS staff allegedly steal products, replace them with used or different items, and still process refunds. This is a clear violation of Amazon’s return policies, yet Amazon remains silent, allowing these fraudulent returns to continue unchecked.

Instead of protecting sellers from such theft, Amazon is profiting from it—first by allowing the fraudulent refund, then by charging us an additional refund commission. Denying SAFE-T claims under these circumstances is not just unfair but an exploitation of sellers.
