Account deactivated due to multiple account on urgent basis
Hi my account is deactivated. Amazon giving reason that i have a related account. but that related account is already deactivated long time ago. we try to activate that account but that is still deactivated. Now, Amazon saying to activate the related account first then request to activate the current account.
but, we don't want to activate our related account. we just want to activate our current account. We've also sent mails to amazon but didn't get any reply. we try to request a call but in response, we only get code on call. Please let us know, how to overcome this issue?

You have to activate the first account. You will never get the second account activated and should have never opened another one.

first, you have to open a related account after that current account will be reactivated.

Sorry but this is not how it works. If your driver license gets suspended you have to work with the DMV or the court to see if and how it could be resolved.
You cannot simply go and apply for a new license.

So, as mentioned in the thread, you will need to reactivate the first account to get the second one reactivated. Having multiple accounts on this platform is acceptable as long as all of those accounts are in an active status. If any account falls into a deactivated status, it could cause the other accounts to go as well. What was the reason for deactivation on the first account? Do you have the performance notification related to the enforcement? If so, please provide it here.
