Adding Variant to a parent listing and getting duplicate SKU error
Attempting to add a variant on a listing and receiving an error message "Because the SKU you entered is already being used on a different product it cannot be reused. Please supply a different SKU."
I just created a product and added variants without this issue. I don't understand the error.

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. This ""Because the SKU you entered is already being used on a different product it cannot be reused. Please supply a different SKU." error is reference to the limitations for SKUs. If you use a SKU it cannot be used for a different ASIN in the future. If you use a different SKU you should be able to create your listings without issue.
