TDS return filing deadline extended to November 30, TDS certificates available by December 15
On October 27, 2022, the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has extended the due date for filing the quarterly Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) return for the Quarter 2 (Q2) of the financial year (FY) 2022 - 2023 to November 30, 2022. The due date for remaining quarters of the FY 2022 - 2023 remains intact.
Amazon will share the TDS certificates (Form 16A) for Q2 of FY 2022 - 2023 on or before the due date of December 15, 2022.
