I’ve seen this question come up before, but the responses from Amazon have been pretty vague/unhelpful. Would anyone know why genuine/verified 5-star reviews might suddenly disappear? And is there any way to combat that? I submitted a complaint (18199893781), but it was closed as inactionable with the note that no violations were found on the reported ASINs. I’m confident there are no policy issues on my end, so I can’t help but suspect a competitor (or a third party working for them) might be behind it.

Any ideas or advice would be much appreciated.
