Zero Sale for last 3 days
I am a new seller. I got orders in the start using PPC. I also got many orders organically. But for last 3 days my sale are zero. Even my listing is ranking in many keywords on 1st page. PPC is also running. Without PPC my orders were 4-5 average per day. I did not received any reviews or feedback yet but received orders. Listing is ok because same listing was getting orders few days back.

What are you basing your sales on? Did you test sell your product for a month before jumping in and buying PPC"s?
1. It is your product and you bought it, you knew the intended profit that must be made on each sale.
2. By test selling your product for a month using FBM you have a good idea of what the salability of the product will be.
4. With that knowledge, a decision can be made if there is enough profit in the product to use FBA or buy advertising, and still have enough profit remaining for yourself.
5. Remember, any money spent on advertising will come from your UNEARNED PROFIT and diminish any profit you expected to keep for yourself.
6. Just throwing money at advertising without understanding test selling and believing the hype surrounding it, often leads to an unsuccessful selling experience, and loss of profit.
Amazon selling is actually very simple.
Amazon knows the secrets of selling on the site, and so do many successful sellers.
Amazon knows only sell products that buyers want and need. These are the products that sell themselves with no advertising necessary.
Amazon knows that the lowest price offering always sells before any higher price offerings of the same item. that is why Amazon wants sellers to be competitive in their pricing with each other. that way sellers will buy advertising products and raise their offering price to pay for it.
Amazon is a for profit company and knows how to extract as much of a seller's profit as they can. Amazon offers a lot of unnecessary seller-paid add-ons, touting how much better of a seller it will make you. The sales pitches are so strong with hype, new sellers think they will get nowhere without buying into them.
Amazon knows that keywords are not what they used to be twenty years ago. with over two million sellers on the site, there are only so many keywords to be used for a product. So, what are the keywords that separate you form 100,000 other sellers using the same words. And there are 3rd party sites that sellers can pay to generate them for you, the only problem is, they generate the same words for your competitor too.
Amazon knows that the Amazon browser runs much more on titles that keywords. A short direct to the point title of 3-5 words is most effective if searching for a product. Amazon will not say this because they like multi-word spammed titles. These spammed titles can't be found by the search engine, so the products are never found. Now if a seller uses FBA, this is good for Amazon, because the product will not sell. Amazon can extract all of a seller's profit and more while the products just sit taking up space.
Think things over and see what may apply.
