Amazon has cancelled my removal 29 times over 3 years and charged my hundreds in storage and LTS fees for 5 toys they wrongly classified as hazmat...

As title says, I have 5 toys in FBA warehouses that Amazon decided over 3 years ago that I couldn't sell because they were "Hazmat".

I'm not even fighting this (trying to re-instate the ASIN) as I know dealing with Seller Support for only these 5 units clearly isn't worth it.

The problem is, since then, I have tried nearly 30 times to get them removed but Amazon always cancels them from my removal orders without notice.

I have been charged HUNDREDS in LTS and regular storage fees for these 5 toys since then and tried multiple times to create a case asking why these items were always getting cancelled from my removal orders and what I needed to do... Every time Seller Support responds non-helpful and often non-related answers.

So here I am, a few years later still paying LTS fees...

I desperatly need a mod to look into this please!

Another corrupt Amazon "Profit-Center" that should be brought to the attention of the FTC.

Put your store on Automatic removal and they will send it back next removal day.

I agree with others, do you have Automatic Removals set? Try to Liquidate or Dispose of just 1 unit each and see what happens. After you see those fees, then you can decide further what to do. We had several products marked as Pesticide which we were able to get easily switched back, but Hazmat I have not had any success with those listings. The way I would approach it is to get Letters from the Mfg stating what is in those toys. It is most likely a Paint Issue, or some chemical in the parts they "discovered" or "think" is in there. This stuff coming from China is very suspect and it might be part of a Recall, did you research that? The TOY is not hazmat, it's the coatings, parts, lubricants, adhesives, that are somewhere on the toy that is triggering this (just my wild guess).

I have automatic removal setup in my account already and it's always been that way in fact.

20 ou 29 removals were actually automatic unfulfillable removals but every time these 5 units are cancelled by Amazon.

Even worst, I can no longer create removal orders myself (or disposal orders) because I can no longer find those 5 units in my inventory myself (regular or unfulfillable). They still get charged storage and LTS fees but I cannot see them anymore since my previous Seller Support case where I was told they managed to re-instate the listing. For some reason this caused the 5 units to disappear - I told them I was no longer able to find the items, they told me it's probably because the system was updating now they they were no longer HAZMAT, 1 week later still not showing, I'm then told it's because they now need a complete SDS for this toy (which doesn't exist) otherwise I won't be able to see those 5 units or create a removal or disposal order....

Sorry for the mess but that's what it is. I can't do anything about it and absolutely need a mod to look into it.

Similar thing happened to us.

They did not let us remove our products for 2 years( no hazmat or any other violation, it was just not selling) and kept charging us storage fees. We created at least 15 cases and contacted them many many times. We created removal orders, disposal orders and anything you can think of.

They did not remove them. This is a disgusting habit to steal from sellers.

Just like always transferring your FBA items around while collecting storage and I was thinking the other day on FBA inventory it always seems that each sku has one returned which is clearly some customer damage and get returned and sold multiple times creating revenue for Amazon by selling and shipping the same bad product multiple time what a racket.

.

Still issue is lack of seller support for Amazons misclassification of a toy all caused by Amazon while Amazon profits.
