Account deactivated. How to activated it again?
How to activate an account again? Amazon's information is not accurate. I don't know if I have to write a letter, if I have to appeal for each violation (I have 22 thousand price violations...). I even don't know qhat this "appeal" means. And the worst thing is that no one at Amazon Japan speaks English and I can't get any explanation, step by step, on how to activate my account. Any help?
Here's, below, the explanation Amazon send me, with no more explanation:
"To address any given violation, please follow the guidance next to that violation in the Next Steps column. Your account will be considered for reactivation once the policy violations have been successfully appealed"

Hi @Livros_do_Brasil,
Thank you for sharing part of the performance notification you have received.
Based off this information, it seems as though the account has been deactivated due to your Account Health Rating score (AHR) dropping below the minimum threshold of 100. To reactivate the account, you will need to resolve enough violations to raise your score above the minimum. Once enough violations have been addressed to raise the AHR score above 100, you account should be reinstated.
Listing violations affect the AHR score differently. They fall into one of four categories in terms of how your AHR is impacted (High, Medium, Low, and No impact). In order to raise the score as quickly as possible, I would recommend addressing the high impact violations first.
Your path forward to address said violations will depend on the type of violations you are facing. Pricing violations typically have no impact on your AHR score, so I would look if you have any other violations on your Account Health Dashboard that impact the score. Please feel free to share the types of violations and any questions you may have regarding how to address them here in the thread so we may be able to better assist you.
Please continue to reach out the community for further assistance.
Regards,
Troy
