In Aug 2024 we applied for APOB and post ARN generation we were able to send stocks in warehouse.

After that 1st rejection came in, then again applied in October 2024 for APOB again 2nd rejection came in still we kept trying applied 3rd time in November 2024 rejection thrice.

Reasons for rejection:

a. Attempt 1 - GST officer raised Notice

1 Additional Place of Business - Document Upload-Others additional place of business required.

2 Additional Place of Business - Document Upload-Others not in the name of owner of the property . Please clarify?

After uploading GSTIN officer didnt find it satisfactory hence rejected

b. Attempt 2 - Notice again served

Common Factor in 3 attempts

- All documents given to us by Amazon Seller Central

- Team Nauvutis of Amazon helped to apply for the APOB all 3 times

- Same GSTIN officer kept rejecting it

More than 90 days passed my stocks in warehouse and APOB still not rcvd.

WHAT IS MY FAULT HERE? WHOM SHOULD I CHASE TO GET IT COMPLETED?
