Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,

I am writing to request an urgent review and reinstatement of my shipping settings, including Self-Ship (Local Shop), Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery, and Prime shipping, which have been suspended due to a sudden rise in the Order Defect Rate (ODR).

The issue occurred because two customers left negative reviews, which unfortunately raised my ODR to 1.72%. This has resulted in a complete halt in my order flow for the past one month, severely affecting my business.

I respectfully submit that such a suspension based on just two negative reviews is extremely harsh and disproportionate, especially considering my consistent efforts to deliver good service to customers. A couple of unfavorable reviews do not reflect the overall quality of my service or customer satisfaction.

I request you to kindly:

Re-evaluate the decision and my overall account performance.

Consider the small number of negative reviews compared to my total orders.

Reinstate my shipping settings at the earliest so I can resume receiving and fulfilling orders.

Please let me know what specific actions I can take to bring my account health back to a good standing and expedite the reinstatement process.
