I have all my funds held in my reserve balance. I was supposed to have a disbursement on the 5th but it was then changed to ₹0.00 and no disbursement was made. Now all new sales are going into account level reserve and the next payout period also has ₹0.00 available. I have opened a case but it has been transferred without a response.

Account health is normal, no violations, no email, no performance notification. It just says under Payment Policy on my account health page "Funds are being held while your account is being reviewed". But I have no notification that there was one being conducted.

I am wondering what is going on with my balance? Could I please get a response or what the review is in regard to?
