FBA PRODUCT NOT BUYABLE TO CUSTOMERS

I have recently enrolled in fba, for lucknow SKLD hevy and bulky warehouse my products are air cooler which can only be shipped via SLKD warehouse in lucknow.
we have sent 24 units shipment id FBA15K6CFQJC, 1WFGA64H 21 get accepted and is updated instantly.
ASIN B0BWYTBF7Q,B0F2YS2T29 ,B0F2YNC1FH,B0F2YPMZB3
After 2-3 days we checked it is not buyable on buyer account showing error not deliverable to this pincode for all the pincode in lucknow and all india.
raised issue with the team so many times but got no response,CASE 11018766682 11019607822 11023959932 11034199422.
i am really verry frustrated about the reply from amazon team,please guide me with the proper help
