I got a negative review & rating on my product, but the issue is nothing purchased from my stock then how can customer give negative review & rating without buying and using the product? anyone can please suggest how to remove this feedback from the product? Thank you.

We had this issue as well. You need to open a case with Amazon and they take a while to investigate it. However, customers can leave reviews even if they did not purchase the product. You just have to go to bat with Amazon for resolution. Our reviewer even said they didn't purchase the product, they just wanted to give their undesired opinion.

As a reminder, a buyer can review a product if even if they did not purchase it on Amazon (they may have purchased it elsewhere) as long as the review is following our Community Guidelines.
If you suspect the review to be fraudulent you can report it by following the directions outline here.
As @Seller_LX4Rc4XNKCGSi stated, they were able to successfully report a fraudulent review, but please note that you may not receive all details of the investigation or the outcome of the investigation as some investigated information is considered confidential.
