Can't transfer Brand Registry Admin

Hello!

Years ago, the company I work for registered our brand via Brand Registry. The email domain that was used is no longer owned, so we've lost access to the admin account that controls our trademark.

We sell on Amazon through a 3rd party distributor, so our Amazon Seller account does not have any products listed. We actually created our Amazon Seller account just last month so we could contact customer service about this issue. We need access to the brand registry to authorize our 3rd party distributor to make content changes to our product's listing.

From my point of view, the biggest obstacle for Amazon is confirming my identity (and the identity of our company's owner). I sent Seller Support a copy of my driver license, the driver license of the company's owner, bank statements, and involved our patent attorney. I've offered to get any documents notarized too.

Amazon Support just told me that my account has been identified as being involved in abusive conduct - against TOS. I don't understand how this could've happened. Our seller account is completely set up (W9, bank account added, etc...).

Is there anything I can do? Has anyone else been in a similar situation? We're about to pull our hair out trying to rectify this.

THANK YOU!!!

Hello @Seller_vUYsV48vnpuNg

Thank you for reaching out to us on this!

Are you the trademark owner? If so, I recommend attaching any documentation you have to prove that onto the case.

As for the abusive conduct, I do not have any further information than what's been provided to you has that team does not share those details with anyone.
