Resolve account issues without account deactivation with Account Health Assurance

Today, we are announcing Account Health Assurance, a benefit for sellers who consistently maintain a high Account Health Rating (AHR). With Account Health Assurance, we will no longer deactivate your selling account as long as you engage with us and resolve any issues.

We have heard that you want greater visibility into your account health and risk of deactivation. We recently launched the AHR, which indicates your risk of account deactivation. Now, with Account Health Assurance, we are excited to offer this benefit for sellers who consistently maintain an AHR score of 250 or higher for at least six months (with no more than 10 days where their AHR dropped below 250) and have a valid emergency contact number on Seller Central.

When you encounter an issue that would otherwise result in account deactivation in a marketplace in which you are enrolled, an account health specialist will proactively reach out and explain step-by-step what the issue is and how to address it. As long as our team can reach you within 72 hours and you engage with us to address the account issues, your selling account will not be deactivated.

When you become eligible for Account Health Assurance, you will be enrolled automatically and will receive an e-mail notification. Account Health Assurance is available at no additional charge.

This is a bunch of false information

Are to we believe this or the TOS which states, I'm quoting them

"Regardless of your AHR score, Amazon may deactivate your account immediately if we suspect fraudulent, deceptive, illegal, or otherwise harmful activity, in order to protect customers, sellers, and Amazon’s marketplace"

Or are we to believe this new bunch of false hope they're presenting?

This is the information i have submitted. and yet the evaluation is complete. Any time I drop a email regarding the issue. as to what exactly caused it. I get a default message with no real information.

Subject: Appeal for Reinstatement of Selling Privileges -

Dear Amazon Seller Performance Support,

I am writing to appeal the suspension of my seller account due to a violation of Section 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement (BSA). I understand the seriousness of this violation and take full responsibility for the mistakes I made.

Reason for Suspension

The notification I received stated that I created ASIN variations that violated Amazon's ASIN Creation policies. I acknowledge that I:

Changed product detail pages (both parent and child) in ways that made them fundamentally different from the original listed products.

Made changes to parent product details that resulted in inconsistencies with the child variations.

Added incorrect child variations that were not true variations of the parent product.

Explanation and Corrective Actions

While my goal was to improve overall listing quality by enhancing product images, SEO descriptions, and product titles, I understand that my actions resulted in inaccurate and misleading variations. I deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused to customers and Amazon.

Since the suspension, I have taken the following corrective actions:

Removed all newly created listings from the past few weeks. I have attached screenshots demonstrating the deletion of these listings to show my commitment to addressing this issue.

Reviewed Amazon's ASIN Creation policies. I have thoroughly reviewed the relevant policies to ensure future listings are accurate and compliant.

Implemented a comprehensive review process. I have implemented a system to review all product details and variations before listing them on Amazon.

Commitment to Compliance

I am committed to providing accurate product information and maintaining a high standard of quality on my listings. I understand the importance of customer trust and will strive to ensure all future listings comply with Amazon's policies.

Request for Reinstatement

Recently I scheduled my first order for pickup but easyship didn't picked it up on the pickup date. They picked it on second day and I got notification that your account is at risk. It was not my fault.My late dispatch rate is showing 100%. I already raised the case through seller support. Is there anything in this account health insurance related to this? Or raising the case will disappear my risk notification or not?

My selling account Has been suspended ,

Reason they are stating is "Restricted products "

My products are women garter belts sets bodystocking ,

also we sell Bridal veils gloves etc..

Amazon guys allow other seller to sell fake breast and other Erotic Products but our products are just clothing products which covers entire body no display of private parts. these policy they are talking restricted products do no apply to my products as we have legally imported these products paying heavy Customs duty and all other charges. Indian customs has no issues with our products Indian govt states our products are not restricted but how come Amazon India Guys sitting in AC rooms are telling these are restricted products.. amazon support team ask us to read all listing guidelines , who will tell amazon guys to read govt documents stating that our products are not restricted one. feeling helpless now. i have been selling same kind of products from 2017 till date and now amazon is allowing many many sellers to list and sell same kind of products but suspending my account and killing all competition. may be these new sellers bribed some amazon team members to kill competition from inside..
