How to come from Easy ship to Self ship

We recently received an order through Easy Ship for examination, but the size exceeds the allowed limit. According to Amazon's Easy Ship policy, orders that exceed the size limit cannot be processed through this service. Could you please advise if there's a way to change the fulfillment method to Self-Ship or if there's an alternative way to proceed with this order? We appreciate your guidance and support.

Send an email to Seller Support to request change from Easy Ship to Self Ship model, with your reason being that your items are Bulky and oversized for Easy Ship Pickup.
They will send you a form to fill in, and also ask you to provide a copy of the contract you have with an approved Courier company (they have a list of the ones you can use). You have 1-2 days to provide this information to them for them to consider changing your shipping profile.
