Goods shown as Sold out to customer while the inventory is Amazon warehouse and is being shown as reserved

I am writing to urgently escalate CASE ID: 11241416642

I have stocked over 40 distinct SKU with you. However around 20 of them are being shown as out of stock to customers, while the stock is in the warehouse. For some SKU it is shown as reserved and for some nothing is mentioned, while the good there s no status

I have been asking for assistance and clarifications since 24 June, with multiple follow up and So far, the only response I’ve received is:“We are currently working on your concern with our team closely. Once updated of any information, we will revert to you right away.”

Unfortunately, this response is vague and does not address the urgency or financial impact this is causing to our business. We are a small seller and this listing is critical to our revenue.I kindly urge you to take immediate action and help restore our listing to active status or at least provide a detailed explanation and timeline for resolution. I am spending money on advertising on your platform, paying warehouse fees, but my best selling items are not even being shown to end customers to buy!!

Hello @Seller_FmI4H8IXsPU5X, I am reviewing your case now and the team is actively investigating the reserved inventory issue. I see that there was one ASIN with issues due to the main product image. Have you verified that the other listings are complete and meet the requirements? They may be reserved due to processing or FC transfer.
