Transparency Program Abuse By Brand

I found that a brand is abusing the Amazon Transparency program by only giving labels to one Amazon seller. Per Amazon's transparency program policy the brand owner / manufacturer has to put on Labels every product that leaves their facility that is sold on Amazon and by other online / retail sellers. Also, I found that the seller is the one that pushed the idea to the manufacturer. I warned them several times that this was against Amazon transparency policy but they just laughed me off and said no one will ever find out..

The reason I found out is that I purchased a large amount of the ASIN via an authorized distributor with the intention of listing it on Amazon only to find out that the ASIN was part of the transparency program when I tried sending the product to Amazon. It seems the manufacturer is using the Transparency program as a way to GATE their brand even though I purchased the product from an authorized distributor.

Is this something that Amazon just overlooks? I'm now stuck with this product and I feel that the brand is being shady by preventing me from re-selling a legally purchased product. At no time was I informed that I couldn't resale the product on amazon.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a letter of authorization from the brand to resell their products? If you do, why aren't you buying it directly from them at wholesale? Last time I checked distributors do not have the ability to authorize you to resell a product. They distribute product bought at wholesale and sell at retail. IE you can't buy from a distributor to resell. Sounds like they are doing things right and you are trying to do RA. Something that the transparency program is meant to stop.
