Product Recieved a 1 Star Review because Amazon FBA Ripped and Taped Product Before Shipping -
Amazon FBA Shipped a Product that was Damaged by taping the damaged bag, but the product leaked all over the shipping box. The Amazon Customer was very upset and left a negative review on the product - not the seller, but on the product. We have been trying to get Amazon FBA to remove or add a note that this was on them since. To date 2 potential buyers have found this helpful - and yet it's Amazon FBA fault.
It would be one thing if the product was damaged in shipment, but that's not the case. The packaging was taped where it had be ripped and Amazon FBA used taped in an attempt to seal the bag.
It didn't work, the buyer received a damaged product that had leaked into the shipping package.
I've opened a ticket and was told there was nothing Amazon could do, yet they caused this. The case # is ID 16859846551.
The client not only posted a review, they took pictures of the damaged product and included in the review.
Amazon, we are requesting you take responsibility for what occurred inside the FBA.
This is the damaging review:
1.0 out of 5 stars Used scooter instead of the expensive Ferrari.

Bag was taped up not a good sign. After removing the tape. Suspected it was done because of the hole in the bag. This was a easy guess that turned out to be right. Was this a returned bag I thought..it looks like it. Taped up and resold for $65 dollers.. A beat up taped bag of "Big Roots"..? That looks like it was stored it a garage in a junk yard? It's up too you if you want to take the risk..For me not worth the money. for the beat up used car that I received..instead of the Ferrari I hoped.

Hello @Seller_dS1Qc2mkJrSSO- and thanks for highlighting this post for us here on the forums.
Commenting to confirm I did submit a request for some further review of this product review, in case our team is able to move ahead with any action. I can't make any guarantees unfortunately, but I will be sure to follow up on this thread in several business days when our team provides their decision.
If you haven't yet, I would also recommend reaching out to community-help@amazon.com with details of this issue to bolster the removal request. While this team will not respond to submissions, all submissions will be reviewed for appropriate action.
Thanks much,
