Image missing in DP/IA
images keep being removed the approval status is rejected for the following reason (image missing in DP/IA) although one person from Amazon helped by uploading manually, the main image still got removed. I have complied with all the requirements and checked with account support and there are no restrictions on our account.
I need some guidance urgently please as the supplier is shipping my products by 23rd Sep

I'm sorry you have had this challenge with your products and your product images. I'm currently investigating to see what options I can take to get your images to appear on your listings.
Please note that this may take time and as this is already passed your ship date I cannot guarantee that your products will be approved for Safety Compliance before they arrive. Thank you for your understanding.
