FBA LISTING IS SEARCH SUPPRESSED
One of my top selling ASIN listing is Search Suppressed. I have contacted the seller support and i have submitted the plan of action on 31 march 2024 but still amazon is not repling on the case id from past 6 days . ( Pending Amazon Action ) is showing.
This message is showing in Fix stranded inventory
This inventory is under Customer service review. No action is currently required. There may be additional information in the Case Log. If it is determined that your inventory cannot be relisted, then you are required to Create a Removal Order.

Why specifically is it search suppressed?

There might be higher number of returns on this product that why. It will automatically be live after 7 days. So just wait.

Thank you for your posts, apologies for the delayed response.
I am not sure if your issue has been resolved yet but you may find the following information of help.
If there is no notification in your account health dashboard regarding the product I would advise that you check the 'Fix Your Products' page in your account. This page details listings that have issues associated with them.
Products that are 'Search Suppressed' will be accessible on the left hand side of the page. When you click on the section the suppressed listings will be displayed with the reason for the suppression. The reasons can be varied but you can find details on this help page: Suppressed listings.
Generally it is necessary for some information to be amended. When you make the updates it takes about 15 minutes for the system to update the details but it can take 24-48 hours for the listings to become un-suppressed. If the listing does not update after this time you will need to contact Seller Support for assistance.
