discussion.A few weeks ago I lost featured offer eligibility on all my asins. I understand I may not have the buy box, but I should at least be eligible as I wqs previously. I am hoping someone, a mod, can help with this and let me know what I can do to regain elibility. I opened a case with seller support case # 16064162741, but didn't get any answers. Thanks!

To give customers the best possible shopping experience, sellers must meet performance-based requirements to be eligible to compete for Featured Offer placement. This means that not all sellers may be eligible for the Featured Offer. I won't be able to provide any details on how this selection is determined beyond the information provided in the Become the Featured Offer help page.
At this time, I have initiated an internal review of your Featured Offer Eligibility for the products mentioned in case 16064162741. I won't be able to give details on the results but I will indicate when the review is complete.
