Amazon is very Slow
We have created tiket for product details page update but after getting many calls and many attampts did not got any resolution till date we had created tiket on 31/march and todays date 16th april almost 17 days amazon has taken and but we did not geting any crear ans from amazon they are confirming as we have updated the product return to non return it will reflect after 24 hours but next day it is not happening and next day i am calling on amazon then i reach another person he is also give me same ans then again wait for 24 hours this is happening with me from 16 days
is this amazon? the ginte e commerc company is it service for saller on amazon ?
high light this issue with amazon contry manager or elce provide me the mail id of amazon contry manager if this type of service amazon will provide to saller then its batter to move on meesho or flipkart what is the defrenty between amazon and meesho ?
