We are writing to report an issue with a seller feedback that is inaccurate and is negatively impacting our Order Defect Rate (ODR).

We shipped a replacement for the product on time using Amazon's easy ship program. However, the customer has left a one-star rating, claiming that they are still awaiting the replacement. This is incorrect, as the replacement was delivered on the same day.

We have attempted to resolve this issue through the Feedback Manager and seller support, but unfortunately, we have been unable to do so.
