Need Help with Incorrect Delivery by Amazon Global Logistics – Dispute Rejected, Charged $1400 in Fees
Dear Amazon Seller Community,
I’m seeking assistance regarding a major issue with the following shipments: FBA180W4D0CL, FBA180W1P1GX, FBA180W2GSGP, FBA180W198KN, and FBA180W26QWX. These shipments were handed over by my freight forwarder to Amazon FBA Kapai (AGL), who were responsible for delivering them to five different warehouse locations. However, AGL delivered all the shipments to the wrong fulfillment center, leading to a placement error.
Because of this, I was charged nearly $1,400 in placement fees, as the shipments were sent to a single fulfillment center instead of the five separate locations originally planned. I initially filed a dispute using documentation from my forwarder, but it was rejected. Despite reaching out to Amazon Seller Support, I haven’t been able to get this issue resolved.
I now have the official bill of ladings that clearly show AGL took possession of the shipments and was responsible for delivering them to the correct locations, but that did not happen. Since I can no longer file another dispute, I’m hoping for guidance from the community on how to escalate this matter. The delays and the unexpected fees are causing significant disruptions to my business.
Any advice on how to resolve this and get reimbursed for the fees would be greatly appreciated.
