MFN shipping address

Why won't Amazon save the ship from address for my Merchant fulfilled items? I have had a case open for three weeks and every day someone new answers my email:

We understand your concern regarding the Shipping

Thank you for your continued patience.

At this time we are still working with our internal team to reach a resolution on your case. While I don’t currently have an update, I will follow up with you as soon as additional information is available.

This is really frustrating as we have to buy shipping from another company.

Help!

Are you fake confirm shipping before doing actual shipping? There's no need to have the shipping address saved after an item is confirmed shipped.

Hi @Seller_Em9ZLk3wsZhzf,

Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums!

Just to confirm, have you tried saving the ship-from address following the below steps from this help page?

  1. Go to General Shipping Settings.
  2. Click Edit in the Default shipping address section.
  3. Click + Add a new address, or Edit next to an existing address entry.
  4. Enter Address name (for example: "Seattle Warehouse").
  5. Select Country from the drop-down menu.
  6. Enter physical shipping address under Address.
  7. Enter Postal code associated with this shipping address, then click Check postal code to verify.
  8. Enter City/town, State/County/Region, Primary phone, and Email address.
  9. Click Save.

If those steps are not working for you, can you please send me your Seller Support cases for this? I'd be happy to take a further look into those correspondences to see how I can assist further!

Thanks again,

Jameson
