Shipment Investigation Date
Need a shipment to be investigated. Amazon says we can do that on the 12th. Seller Support says no, investigation can be done on the 13th. I have to send in screenshots to prove that my screen says the 12th, they still don't agree despite the screenshot. Seller Support slips up and tells me to "wait until today", because it's the 13th where they are. I call them on that and they cannot resolve and agree to open investigation today.
What is the deal with that? Why can't we just get a shipment investigated on the day it says(this always comes with a runaround)? And why does seller support get shown a different date? Is it just to cause further frustration between sellers and support(cause I don't have another reason)?
