No Sales
Hello! I'm writing because for the past month I haven't been receiving consistent sells like I was before. Every time I reach out to Amazon regarding this matter, I get 1 sale. After I had a conversation with Amazon about my payout amount not being correct, and Amazon damaging my FBA products, my sales stopped. I also requested for my FBA product to be returned to me back in January, my product was never returned, and Amazon continues to sell it. I have reached out to Amazon multiple times about these issues, and my problem still hasn't been fixed. I read that Amazon can suppress (deactivate) products listed, and not tell the seller. This is when you don't receive any sales. I was told by Amazon on 4/23 they were going to investigate my issue and get back to me. I haven't been updated on the problem I'm having, and my sales hasn't started back up. My listed products have stopped selling completely, and I haven't violated any policies, or rules. Why are my listing suppressed?
