My account was put under review in the beginning of Nov 2023 and later on deactivated in Dec 2023. Still i have been charged platform fee of $39.99 in Dec 2023. How Amazon can charge me platform fee when i was unable to sell / book new order. How to get refund of the fee charged? How to get the balance in my amazon account given the account is deactivate?
