Orders not picked up still by agent yet my account health has effected ?

Hey people, This is my first discussion here. I have scheduled pickups for my orders but the pickup boy has failed to pick up the same and my account health has been effected due to that, However, the orders were picked up next day.

is there anything customer support do to revert my account health?
