Safe-T claim denied for unable to provide serial ID
The customer returned an item citing "Item defective or doesn’t work," but actually sent a different item while keeping the original item we sent. We submitted a Safe-T claim to recover the full order amount and return shipping costs upon receiving the return at our facility. However, the claim was rejected, and the Safe-T team keeps requesting a serial ID that doesn't exist, despite our efforts to appeal the original decision. The seller support agents are only advising us to appeal and wait. Can someone please investigate this matter for us?

Thank you for being a part of the forums!
Before I begin engaging with the internal Claims team. I would like to ask, do you have evidence to proof that the product that was returned was materially different from what you shipped besides the serial number the team is asking that doesn't really apply to your case ?
In the meantime I will share best practices on how to appeal a SAFE T Claim for future reference.
