Paying an outstanding Balance
I have been off Amazon for a little while and it is deactivated due to an outstanding balance.
1. If it is paid will my account be usable again
2. Are there any other charges levied afterwards that they will attempt to debit from payment method - is the sum owed only the sum taken?

Once the funds that are owed are repaid, and given there are no other outstanding issues, the account should be eligible for reactivation.
