Sending returned items to the seller

Hey, guys, some items have been returned to me from Amazon and I&#39;d like to return them to Chewy (where I purchased them), however, every box has a huge Amazon label on it. Have any of you had the same situation with Chewy or other retailers? Should I send only items and discard the boxes or do they usually accept it in this condition?
