Brand Registry - No response

I submitted a Brand Registry application over 4 weeks ago and its still pending review. Any idea why its taking so long to get a response??

My name is Sandy from the Amazon Community Manager team.

Thank you for your question.

I see that your application sent mid July was declined, and you sent another application just today. Typically sellers will receive a decline message from the enrollment team, but in some cases sellers will see the status updated in their brand registry home page.

It seems like your most recent application is going though the standard process for review. It takes up to 10 business days for brand registry applications to be reviewed.

If you do not hear back from them after 10 days, please notify me here and I will check on the status.
