Our Amazon Account Manager has disappeared
Amazon's Global Selling team contacted us recently and offered the services of an Account Manager for the rest of the year.
We accepted the offer and had our first call. Since then I have raised a few issues we are facing. However It has been a few weeks now with no response from this manager. Has anyone else experienced these problems?

This "manager" is probably gone. It's a common problem people post about; they get a case manager, and they never hear from them again. I hope you aren't paying for it.
