Doesn't matter if it sold or not; listing an item is an indication of an intent to sell. This is enough to warrant requiring documentation from you to show valid supply chain.
You can't. You do not have the proper documentation to prove your item is authentic and that you are authorized to sell it.
Retail Arbitrage (RA) is pretty much a dead business model for selling on Amazon. Amazon wants real businesses, that have real authorized products.
This would be a great time for one of the RA cheerleaders to chime in and offer help, but while they really pile on anytime someone warns about the risks of RA, they never seem to show up when someone follows their advice and gets suspended.
It might be possible for you to come back from this, but I have no idea how. Only very rarely does someone post your situation, then come back later to say it was resolved (like perhaps less than 1%)
In future ventures, it would be a good idea to learn the rules BEFORE you get caught breaking them. A few days of reading the forums would have told you that RA is a bad idea. And some brands are worse than others; if you listed Nike, you're done.

Listing an item is "intent to sell".
If you had listed it, you would have had authorization from the Brand Owner to resell their products on Amazon.
But it sounds like you skipped that step. So Amazon and the Brand Owner cross checked their database of whitelisted sellers, and you aren't on there because you purchased your item from a Retailer, not one of the Brand Owner's wholesale distributors.
Amazon requires an Invoice, not a receipt.

I think you're only path forward would be to contact the brand owner and get them to retract their claim, or provide you with an authorization letter to be allowed to resell their products on Amazon.

Hi @Seller_22agVEfN7I4qN
Thank you for your post. I understand your account was deactivated due to counterfeit concerns.
You have already received excellent and accurate advice from the community regarding both the listing itself (showing intent to sell by creating the listing) and required invoices as your appeal path. I would like further state that your path forward will likely require providing the needed invoices that would have been described in the performance notification you should have received when the account was deactivated. Please note that due to our invoices requirements, it is likely that that required information will not be contained on a receipt. If our team cannot verify the documents you send in, they will likely not be able to reinstate the account.
Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.
Regards,
Troy

Hello @Seller_22agVEfN7I4qN,
Thank you for following up on the situation.
Please note that due to our invoices requirements, it is likely that that required information will not be contained on a receipt. If our team cannot verify the documents you send in, they will likely not be able to reinstate the account.
You advise only having Walmart receipts. As @Troy_Amazon provided our responsible sourcing help page to verify your receipts meet our requirements. Did you have a chance to compare the requirements to your invoices?
Additionally as they mentioned, if they do not contain the required information, the account may not be eligible for reactivation since we only accept disputes for these situations.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
