It’s a simple way just go manage order then clicked on shipped order and select the last 30 days whatever orders you found just clicked on the order id and you will get four different options in the top right corner clicked on request a review and click on Yes that’s it your request will be placed for a review at customer end. At least 10 days after the delivered items you can raise the request to the customer for the same.
