FBA Dimension and weight incorrect Fees
When we originally opened the FBA Selling Account our price for amazon fees were like $4.79 or something in that range , now all of a sudden the amazon fba fees went up 3x that amount and that has caused us to not make a profit on selling we actually end up owing amazon money if any of our products sell. That doesn't make any sense. I have called and multiple amazon reps have opened a case regarding this issue and the next day I would get an email stating that the products dimensions and weight have been updated, which they were still incorrect the correct product information should be 11x17 and the weight is 0.89 oz the item is literally 5 sheets of paper. we have sent everything to amazon ready to go they don't even have to pack it, I have shipped them the products ready to ship out to the customer with proper packing and all .
I am not unsure what the issue is with amazon regarding these issue but we need this fixed asap.

From what you've said, I suspect that you're being charged based on the volume of your item not just the weight (called dimensional weight) which is pushing it into a higher fee category.
What does the fee calculator say?

Open a case for cubiscan remeasuremnt for reimbursement.
