IAH3 Warehouse is a Nightmare. Complete and utter Incompetence

This is a Rant, as I cannot stand this incompetence from Amazon anymore. When will it ever end? They need to invest some of their billions of dollars they earn every year into quality control and training staff properly.

Over the last 6-8 weeks almost everyone of my shipments sent to IAH3 had items reported as missing from the shipment. Whereas, shipments sent to other Warehouses did not. It's a complete waste of time trying to reconcile the shipment or getting Amazon to find the missing items. Amazon support staff don't have a clue. Mean while I get hit with several shipping Problems. What a Joke!

In addition, they move items to unfulfillable status saying they are expired when they are not. They continuously confuse June Expiration Dates with January. After sending in a help ticket to Seller Support, 3 weeks later they still cannot provide an answer or pictures verifying what the expiration date is on the packaging! Incompetence!

I don't understand How Amazon thinks this is OK?? They need to change for the better!!

Here's Another Beauty:

Few weeks ago I receive an email from Amazon stating one of my listings is violating Amazon policy due to disease claims, and that I had 48 hrs to rectify the issue or the listing would be deleted, and my Account Health will be affected, etc, etc. I'm not the brand owner or manufacturer, so I couldn't do anything with the listing, so I was about to delete the listing and take a loss on the inventory, when I received another email from Amazon stating they have deactivated the listing, etc, etc. I thought I would check on the Amazon Storefront to confirm, and the listing was actually still active with several sellers including me.

I thought what the heck is going on here, so I contacted seller support, and they replied " there are currently no restrictions on the listing, and it is active". What a Joke!

You could go on and on.
