Business Insurance Verification
My business insurance keep getting rejected - it's the same policy I've had forever and no changes. They note that Amazon isn't included as "additional insured" but they are listed as Certificate Holder which is how it's always been - my insurance company doesn't seem to understand what they mean either. Can an admin help get this cleared up? Like I said - NO changes to my policy, every detail is exactly the same as past years. Current open case is [CASE 14414528091] Business Insurance Verification

I kept sending and they finally verified. This happens every year. Bots need a reboot.
