Seal requirements for FTL and intermodal
Has anyone had any issues with not placing RFID seals on FTLS? Amazon had a special note on seller requirements stating "Starting October 2023, Amazon will require RFID seals on all FTLs."
I had a few questions
Where can we purchase them?
What are the fees if we do not use the RFID seal? I do not ship much FTL and was wondering if I should invest in purchasing the RFID tags and scanner or just pay the fees.

Hi @Seller_jfraZvn4lMrPi, jumping in here since I didn't see any replies.
While I don't have exact figures, additional fees would/do apply for not having compliant seals. As to this question:
this would be up to each seller, but a search for ISO 17712 compliant seals should yield myriad options. In my past industry experience I've sourced from established industrial supply partner(s), but there is no requirement beyond that compliance regarding procurement.
