Hi team, Since a month I got this error. I repeatedly contact seller support, but still, no luck. There is no such known account listed in this GSTN from us. As an business owner I can confirm this. Please guide us to resolve this at earliest. If there's any account listed in this GSTN, please remove. As surely I can state this account must be inactive. As I never got such GST file from any of this suspicious account.

Thank you for posting on the Forums. This error usually happens when there is another account with similar tax details. Can you share case ID and the latest response you received from Sellers Support?
