Since a lot of sellers want to be 'coy' and secretive about what brand they want to sell, go down this list (it's only a PARTIAL list) of brands that can and will (eventually) get you removed from Amazon.

I have taken a look over the case provided, this does appear to be a duplicate request for brand approval and was immediately closed. There appears to have been a rejection on a separate case requesting new information.
I would suggest reviewing that information, and posting any additional cases you have so we can offer further guidance or next steps.
